Wheat farmers in Masvingo are being encouraged to keep spraying and treating their wheat crops to maintain their health and ensure better yields.
Speaking to Great Dyke News, Masvingo Provincial Agricultural Director Mr Nobert Masiwa said that it is important for farmers to fight the war against weeds, which can damage wheat crops and reduce yields.
Masiwa also said that farmers should fertilize their wheat crops regularly to ensure that they have the nutrients they need to grow healthy and strong.
