In a remarkable turn of events, all 15 artisanal miners who were trapped underground at Redwing Mine have been successfully rescued, marking a momentous achievement in the realm of mining rescues.
Speaking during the rescue operation Mines and Mining Development Minister Zhemu Soda said, all 15 are alive and the rescue was a success.

The saga began with 15 miners finding themselves trapped below the surface, sparking a frantic and daring rescue operation.

Reports from the Ministry of Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting Services confirmed the identities of those already rescued: Tatenda Gumbo, Kudakwashe Mucharwa, Simbarashe Siziba, Godson Mandimutsa, Owen Jaison, Maxwell Matsangomba, Joseph Sithole, Promise Gumbo, Conrad Tsiga, Brian Mucharwa, Kodzana Dzina, Douglas Mhlanga, and Robson Manama, the 14th artisanal miner successfully brought to safety.
