Platinum Queens say they are still aiming to finish among the top three on the Rainbow Netball League log, after bouncing back from an agonising a 47-38 defeat to Correctional Queens yesterday to thump PPU 69-23.
The Zvishavane based team traveled to Harare where they had two matches lined as the curtain comes down on league this Friday.
Platinum Queens’ match against the reigning champions Correctional Queens at Chikurubi training depot was a tough one. Despite improving their game plan in their third and fourth quarters, the Zvishavane based team could not match the scoring prowess of the ZPCS team.
