49-year-old Adsome Nyama has appeared before Zvishavane Magistrate’s court facing charges of unlawful entry and assault.
It was the state’s case that on the 13th of May 2020 at 2200 hours, Adsome Nyama who resides at house number 956 Mandava unlawfully entered into Nhlanhla Sibanda’s premises at Number 28 Zesa House Mandava and assaulted Sibanda by hitting him with fists several times in the face after entering the complainant’s toilet without his permission.
The complainant sustained a swollen right eye and face as the result of an assault and he was medically examined and the medical report was used in court as an exhibit.
The Zvishavane Magistrate slapped Nyama with a 90-day prison term.
