The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has arrested Sauro Mudzimiri (32) in connection with a stock theft incident at Plot 21, Batch Farm, Banket, where 21 cattle were stolen on August 22.
Following the theft, nine of the stolen cattle were found slaughtered and deboned, while the remaining 12 were recovered at a nearby farm. During the investigation, authorities recovered 37 knives, heaps of steak meat, and several 50 kg empty bags at the scene.
The ZRP continues to investigate the case, and more arrests may follow as the investigation progresses.
