Tragedy struck at New Delhi Railway Station last night, where a massive crowd crush claimed the lives of at least 18 people and left 10 others injured.
Authorities say thousands of travelers had crammed into the station, trying to board delayed trains. Among the victims were four children and ten women.

This disaster comes just weeks after a similar tragedy at the Kumbh Mela religious festival, where 30 people lost their lives in a pre-dawn crush. Police say investigations are underway, while opposition leaders are blaming authorities for poor crowd control measures.
