Speaking to stakeholders during the official opening of the Gweru High Court Circuit last month, Kabasa reiterated the judiciary’s commitment to fostering harmony within the community.
Kabasa underscored the judiciary’s duty to serve justice not only to victims and their families but also to offenders, by adhering to constitutional values.
In 2023, the Gweru High Court Circuit handled 55 murder cases, achieving a completion clearance rate of 63.6% for murder cases in the Midlands region.
